I was thinking abt smoking that it was bad for health. Why is that ppl know how bad it is and still smoke?

Difference between is_file and file_exists

If you want to know that the argument supplied is a file or not use is_file() file_exists() will take both file and directory as input and return true if they exists. So, unless you specifically want to check if the argument passed is a file use is_file otherwise use file_exists()

XAMPP: Couldn't start MySQL! Trying to run mysql on ubuntu 10.10 and give this vauge error "XAMPP: Couldn't start MySQL!" Try this 1. Open a terminal. 2. run this command sudo chown -hR root /opt/lampp 3. then run this sudo chmod -R 777 /opt/lampp 4. Now Restart XAMPP sudo /opt/lampp/lampp restart U are all set.
